Refined hospitality: The hotel staff at H'Otello/F'22 Munich went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They were attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel like VIPs throughout our visit.

Super clean and quiet with lovely decor. Great location in the Schwabing neighborhood - close to public transportation. Breakfast was delicious and served until 11 am. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, close to the city centre and such a lovely area with lots of bars, cafe and restaurants. Very local to where I was working for the week and the underground a 5 minute walk.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of nice restaurants and attractions nearby. It was also just a short walk away from the public transportation, which made getting around a breeze. The room was kept spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was recently updated with modern fixtures. Another great feature was the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, making it easy to get a good night's rest.

There were a few aspects of the room that could have been better. While the room itself was basic but comfortable, there was no closed or wardrobe to store clothes.

The location was amazing, with an easy walk to the center and a nearby subway station. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit in need of some updates. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, quickly changing our room when we had an issue. The amenities were great, with free wi-fi, laundry facilities, and a well-equipped kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised by the separate toilet room and the spaciousness of the corner room. our stay was super enjoyable and we would definitely recommend this place.

This hotel in a quiet side street in the middle of the Schwabing district is perfect for a city break. The value for money is outstanding, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in a residential neighborhood is ideal, with convenient access to public transportation and a variety of local restaurants right around the corner. The friendly staff provides exceptional service and the rooms are well-equipped with all the needed amenities, including a kitchenette. The breakfast served is delicious and the free internet connection is a great bonus.
